Reebok is supporting Race for Life
Race for Life means many things to different people, but without doubt the highlight is the taking part. On race day there are no winners or losers – it’s all about women coming together to raise funds for research into cancer.

Some people don’t do any training before the race. They manage to get around due to the excitement or pure determination. But it is healthier and safer to do some training beforehand – which is why Reebok has come up with three options that will help you prepare.

Whatever your goal, all the programmes will help make getting around an easier and enjoyable experience.

Pick a programme: which of these statements sounds like you?
  1. I don’t do much exercise. I prefer to walk and I’m in no rush, I just want to get around comfortably.

  1. I am not sure if I could run all the way, but it would be great to run some of the race, especially when crossing the finishing line.
